Update to how you manage your Parking, Express Lane and Lounge booking(s)

We've upgraded our booking system and there are some changes with how to manage your Parking, Express Lane and Lounge booking(s). If you have a current booking, made before 6 May 2026, please check out our FAQs below for more information on the changes.

If you're experiencing issues making a new booking using the widgets on our website, please clear your browser's cache and cookies. This should resolve the problem and allow the new widget to load properly.

FAQs - Managing your booking(s)

Yes, you can make amends and cancellations via your account. However, from 6 May 2026, bookings made via the previous system will be managed differently.

If you made your parking booking before 6 May 2026, it was made using the previous system.

If your parking booking was made before the system upgrade, you will be able to cancel the booking via the portal. Simply go to the Manage My Booking section on the platform.

For parking bookings made before the system upgrade, changes to your date and time are no longer possible. You will need to cancel your previous booking, you will receive a full refund for your original booking, and you’ll need to rebook your parking online for your new travel dates. Please note that rebooking is subject to current pricing, which may differ from your original rate.

Yes, you can update your VRN up to 24 hours before your arrival. Please contact our Customer Contact Centre to update your VRN. The Customer Contact Centre are available on 0345 0507080 or [email protected], please have the booking reference from your original booking available if possible, as this will help to track your order.

If your parking booking was made after the system upgrade, you can manage it yourself by logging into your account on the platform. From there, you’ll be able to make changes such as updating your travel dates or vehicle registration number without needing to contact the Customer Contact Centre.

If your booking was made after our system upgrade, you can update this up to 24 hours prior to arrival via the Manage My Booking section on the platform. To update a booking made before the system upgrade, please contact our Customer Contact Centre who can cancel or amend this for you.
